Yes. Everything that is sold on our website is purchased directly at a Walt Disney World gift shop. We shop for products at all four theme parks, Disney Springs and resort gift shops. Every single item is a 100% authentic Disney product.
No. Some of the MagicBands listed on our website are custom printed at Disney's D-Tech stations. There are D-Tech stations located inside Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs. The MagicBands that are made there are authentic Disney products, they are just made to order and so, don't come with any Disney packaging.
We don't sell any used Disney MagicBands on our website.
We usually require 2 business days to ship out an order. We don't stock any of the products that are listed for sale on our website. When an order is placed, we go to Walt Disney World and purchase the items and then ship them out. The inventory levels in Disney's gift shops change frequently, and sometimes it takes us a little extra time to locate an item.
If we're having trouble finding an item and it will take longer than 2 business days to locate it, we will notify you via email.
Items that are on pre-order:
We sometimes take pre-orders for items that will be releasing at Walt Disney World, but haven't been released yet. For these items, the date they will be shipped will be shown in the item description. Items that we are taking pre-orders for will have a button that says "Pre-Order" instead of "Add to Cart".
If the tracking for your order shows that it was delivered, but you didn't receive your item, the first thing to do is check your shipping address. Make sure that it was entered correctly when you placed your order. If there were errors in your address, the USPS will deliver the package back to us.
If your address is correct, you'll need to contact your local post office and have them verify that they delivered your package to your address. Sometimes they mess up and deliver a package to an incorrect address. They have GPS tracking in their scanning devices and can tell where they delivered the packages, so they'll be able to verify where it was delivered.
If they delivered it to an incorrect address, they will need to locate it and get it back to you.
Unfortunately, we're not able to replace or refund orders that the USPS verifies were delivered to the correct address.
If you discover that you accidentally entered your shipping address incorrectly, let us know as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can change the address for you.
If your order has already shipped and the USPS is unable to deliver the package, they will return the package back to us. If you'd like to have us resend the package, we'll have to send an invoice for the shipping cost again before we can send it back out.
If you'd rather just receive a refund instead of having the package shipped out again, just let us know and we'll send a refund for the product price. We're not able to refund the shipping cost. Unfortunately, the USPS won't send refunds for postage even if the package was undeliverable because of the address.
